The sand ceremony is an enduring symbol of the merging of two persons into a single couple. The marriage couple and the minister pour sand into a vessel, each person taking turns pouring a layer of sand. When finished, the stoppered bottle has a beautiful patten of layered colors, which will be a permanent reminder of the feeling of love between the couple. | ||

Please note that on off-site weddings, neither A Wedding Chapel For You nor the travelling minister we dispatch to your event is responsible for supplying adequate PA systems (to be heard over wind, ambient noise, etc.), music, or altar suitable for any candle ceremonies. Nor does the travel fees include any rehearsal appearances by the minister. Off site servies must be paid in advance. | ||

A personalized keepsake parchment marriage certificate, without wedding photos and ready for framing, is provided free of charge to the couple for all our weddings.
Deposits and Appointments Are Always Necessary for Off-Site and Weekend, Holiday, or Off-Hour Ceremonies, as well as all services with Photos.

Vows
Our ministers use a standard set of non-denominational vows written by two of our ministers for every wedding unless other arrangements are made.
We are flexible in our delivery of the service and of your preferred method of invoking Divinity. It is our highest vision to provide you with a service that is both meaningful and memorable to you.
Please ask us to accommodate any of your special cultural or family traditions. If informed in advance of your customs, we will be happy to accommodate you wherever possible.
Over the last six years of our chapel’s operation, we have gotten a great deal of positive feedback on our standard vows, and find that both participants and guests appreciate it.
For all ceremony packages above A., you may have the minister read your own ceremony and vows which you have written or may otherwise provide for us to use.
Also available are special-purpose ceremonies and vows assembled for you and approved by you, crafted by one of our on-site ministers. This service carries an additional cost--please inquire.
Unity Candles
This memorable and moving ceremony symbolizes the marriage celebration of your two lives becoming one with the flame of love. The single large Unity Candle is centered between two slimmer tapers representing the couple, which may be lit prior to the service. Or, the couple may elect to have a family member or friend light the center candle, or light them themselves. The one flame represents the union of two separate lives joined as one. We provide the candles for the couple to take home and relight on their anniversary and other special occasions.
Special and Alternative Services
Also available are special-purpose ceremonies and vows assembled for you and approved by you, crafted by one of our on-site ministers. This service carries an additional cost--please inquire.

A Wedding Chapel For You respects the privacy of all of our clients. The subjects of all wedding pictures shown on this website, and for display in our Chapel, have given their permission via standard legal model releases, which can be shown on request at our Chapel.
